Untyped ("the app") is operated by Cronenka. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
We collect only a anonymised identifier (your Google account ID) and a count of emails generated. We do not collect your name, email address, or any personal information.
Voice recordings are processed in real time and never stored on our servers. Audio is sent to Deepgram for transcription and immediately discarded. See Deepgram's Privacy Policy for details.
Email content is generated using Anthropic Claude and is never stored on our servers. See Anthropic's Privacy Policy for details.
If you connect your Gmail account, we request permission only to send emails on your behalf. We never read, store, or access your inbox or existing emails. You can revoke access at any time from your Google Account settings.
The app uses the following third-party services: Deepgram (transcription), Anthropic Claude (email generation), Google Sign-In (authentication), RevenueCat (subscription management).
You can request deletion of your usage data at any time by contacting us at privacy@untypedapp.com.
